Is anyone else having trouble reaching accounts payable with this company?
One invoice is 5 weeks old, terms are 45 days but I can not reach anyone for payables. I figured out the shipment was double brokered.
Not a big amount, $3000, but just a little concerned.

I did a load for them back in 2023 that ended up being double brokered. They don't pay and they double broker. I'd get the other names on the BOL involved because they will tell you every story in the book not to pay. Recovering payment was a big, big, big headache.

I think they went bankrupt, their trailers and trucks are on auction as well

Oh, there seems to be a lot there. I have got 2 invoices from early May that were double brokered, I better jump on that.
