Does anyone know where to find Michelle or Gail from MG Logistics one (Gail) cheats out of Montreal. The other (Michelle) out of Salmon Arm BC rips off the western carriers. If you are in the process of hauling a load for these people DONT DELIVER IT. You will never get paid. We did a few loads for them so I called thier customers, they paid MG and are sick of getting phone calls from carriers. DEADBEATS.........

Gord, if you have original Bill of Lading, signed off by consignee, you should have no problem collecting from Customer directly w/ a simple SC action. Scamchaser, a moderator in this forum, should be able to assist you in this matter.

Do a search on MG. Your not the first to have problems collecting from these deadbeats. We ended up sending them to collections about a year ago.
 
Please look at your invoices....contact shippers and receivers and believe you me your money will come...they do know that under the transporation act anybody affiliated with a non paying customer they are responsible for payment
 
WE had the same problem with MG. Took Michelle 6 months to pay us. Only reason I believe she did was because we had contacted the shipper and receiver.

Stay very far away from this outfit.

On a side note in regards to SC filing for the recovery of monies owed from broker. I was told by SC here in Ontario that if the broker is bankrupt you cant file a proceeding, and also if the shipper, receiver and broker are all in different provinces, you will have to file in all provinces involved.

Can anyone clarify this please?
 
I don't know if I can help in anyway ...but I am part of MG LOGISTICS CANADA INC. - Tony Darmanin, Richard Pinto and Mike Gray (hence the MG).

We have NO ASSOCIATION with this MICHELLE out of Salmon Arm or her co partner in Quebec.

However because we are on the Link and my number is the one on there...I get calls from carriers always looking for payment. I got three today alone and two yesterday.

I am sorry that they are causing so many issues for you all and so many others. I would like to have it out there for the record...that we are not the same. And in fact many times have gotten angry that someone out there is making my boss's company name "dirt " in a way...( even though in the long run they won't).

But there are many hassles that come with this and I hope that these people will quit scamming others out there. And I STRONGLY suggest to everyone out there not to book any further freight with them.
