Mercator
Have done a few loads over the year, always paid well.
By coincidence I was following up on an invoice due 04/20.
Spoke to a lady in payable's, who is there helping out. She could not find my invoice and asked me to fax it over.
We e-mailed our invoices to Mercator, to a specific e-mail address. If that person is no longer there, they may have had trouble getting the invoices.

Same issue here,
Last load got paid over 90 days and was happy to get the money.
Went by to pick up the check and they are in a beautiful building, looks like they just moved in.
There were re financing issues that delayed the payment I was told. Lots of calling with excuse after excuse before we got the check.
Will only use if stuck!

Mercator :: be careful!!!!!!!!!!
Same thing!! Very bad payer. Invoice still unpaid over 120 days now... No official reason... they just keep hiding themselves and don't seem's sorry at all... they just don't care and hope you will stop chasing them...

We did a load for this company on 4/10 - delivered on 4/13 from Quebec to Saskatoon. No issues - POD and invoice sent - still no payment. Just spoke with Joanne and Lucien and no answer as to why we have no cheque yet.
Payables continues to tell us the cheque is in the mail.
Anyone have a contact at Mercator that is good to resolve this? From what I gather they pay but only once they've had the money long enough.
