They did very first load for us - and suddenly on the day of delivery - SHARAD told us that we cannot deliver and need Money to be E transferred first.
Late for their delivery and then asked prepayment -- Be aware of them they are FRAUD

How did you resolve this? What is your credit score on Loadlink or DAT?

Well I think you left out a few details in your story, so will fill them in. This was a power only move with us taking your loaded trailer which was supposed to be ready at "19:00 PM". You insisted on a linehaul driver arrive to pick it up and head direct for delivery for 07:00 am in Montreal. My team told you this didn't make sense and would pick it up later with our linehaul driver and make that appointment, which your team agreed to.

When our linehaul driver gets to your yard to pick up your trailer at 11:30 PM, (which was supposed to be ready at 19:00 PM BTW) he's told the trailers brakes need to be done and was actively being done. That's what caused the delays.

As far as us needing payments before delivery, its as you mentioned this was our first time working with each other. I wasn't directly involved when this load was booked but my team has clear instructions, if it feels off it most likely is and its a no go. Especially with this being a trailer/P.O move, where we have no recourse, a decision was made. Was it heavy handed? probably, do I standby it? YES.

We sent you GPS screenshots of where your trailer was which by the way, stopped at our yard to switch drivers (caused by your brake job delay) and the Labbatt receiver in MTL gated in, safe and sound. If that makes us a "fraud" so be it. Public opinions don't pay our bills.

Initially, the ETA provided was 7:00 PM, which was later changed on Thursday evening to midnight for trailer pickup.
The technician working on the brakes was just finishing the job based on the ETA your team provided.

What's particularly interesting is that your team apparently had this load for two days, yet it wasn't until the night before delivery that someone seemed to wake up from a very enlightening dream and realized a prepayment was suddenly required—on the day of delivery. That's certainly one approach to planning.

To make matters even more confusing, after specifically confirming that your line-haul driver would take the trailer directly from our yard to the delivery location, the trailer still ended up at your yard instead.

We appreciate experiences like this because they help set expectations—not just for us, but for anyone considering doing business with you in the future. At least they'll know exactly what level of communication, planning, and follow-through to expect.

-Not true

-This I can agree with, we closed off this week with 376 loads, clearly yours was missed in the thick of things vetting wise. Although if you really think this was pre-planned in anyway, I cant help change that.

-I explained to you why it was delayed and why it was brought to our yard.

-Like wise.

Yes, you missed this load and then had the audacity to ask for prepayment. You also delivered late, despite receiving the trailer on time (according to ETA given by your TEAM, the same TEAM which thought something is off EARLY morning on day of delivery after keeping that load for 2 days with themself). To make matters worse, you took our trailer to your yard because you claimed your linehaul driver had already been dispatched.
There were several legitimate payment options available, such as Quick Pay, yet those were never even discussed. Instead, you went straight to demanding prepayment because you knew we were in a position where we had to pay just to get our own load delivered.

And please don't try to convince anyone that a trip from the GTA to Montreal takes nine hours overnight. Even if there was an unexpected delay on the road, that's exactly why communication exists. Instead, there were no updates, no explanations, and when we asked why our trailer was sitting in your yard, we were met with complete silence.

What's most surprising isn't that things went wrong—you're still defending actions that are clearly contradicted by the facts. Confidence is admirable, but it's far more convincing when it's supported by evidence.
Anyways , Wishing you all the success your decision-making allows

I would argue every thing you keep brining up but frankly its been a long week and I'm not here on this platform to argue with you.

Here are the facts:
your trailer was delayed, we communicated that to you, we also completed the job and did not hold anything hostage. Your trailer was checked in and verified by your driver it was on-site at your receiver with the seal untouched. I know how long it takes for trucks to go from the GTA to GMA we run 6 trucks daily, but thanks for the unwarranted reminder. The evidence is in your email chain, i suggest going and looking them up.
