Gave him a shipment today (first one).
I've been speaking with Sukhi.
Communication so far has been outstanding. Pick up time was to be 1:00 PM. He called at 11:00 AM to advise he might be 30 min. late (the truck was delivering but he had a bad feeling about timing). Called to say he arrived at 1:15 PM. Called again to say he was loaded at 2:45 PM.
I will advise if he keeps up the good work or not.

Well, this guy Sukhi, may be a "New Canadian" but he sure does know customer service.
We checked with him this morning just before 10:00 to ensure that everything went OK clearing customs and if the shipment was on delivery this morning. He assured us that all was well and the driver called in earlier just a few miles away from delivery.
He called just after 2:00 PM today quite apologetic "I'm so sorry I didn't call you sooner... it's been a busy day. But you're load delivered at XX:XX and was signed for by Mr. XXXXXXX. Thank you for the freight sir."
I will absolutely use this carrier again.
