NEW CUSTOMER THAT WE DID 4 SHIPMENTS FOR TOTALLING $6700 . AT 60 PLUS DAYS AND CANNOT GET AHOLD OF ANYBODY. PERSUED CONSIGNEES IN THE US AND THEY ALL PAID UP FRONT FOR FREIGHT CHARGES TO THE SHIPPER. THEY HAVE RECEIPTS. OWNER IS BRYEN WAKEMAN . ANY IDEAS ?

Did you have a street address in barrie for this business or residence?

Don't know if anybody else has tried this but I am going to report him to the authorities under HTA part 10, rules of the road section 191.0.1 -3 Money for contract or carriage held in trust. He acted as a person to arrange the freight for the shipper & consignee and marked up our rate by $400/per shipment and kept all the money. I don't know if this will help me or not. Who would I call, police or MTO ?

Have you tried calling Bryen's personal number - 705-726-1792? What happens?
 
I live in Barrie and can confirm that the address of 75 Dyment road is NOT OSSO!!!

75 Dyment is the old T.H.E. Medical building, I think its sub-letted into a few units now.
 
EricG, yes, it's ALL the same bldg., the white portion on the south side is OSSO and the red brick portion on the north side only houses Bikeland, Tollo's and Dayco Industrial.
 
Robsan....I think you're dating yourself....I don't think Dayco has been there for years!!

If you still haven't been paid we might be able to help you with some debt collection.
 
Customer was served and 21-days have passed with no reply. Back to the courts for a judgement. $6700 owing for one year , interest and court costs:rolleyes:. Fingers crossed.
