Their rates have become a joke....
I have never in all my years heard what their new dispatcher said to me last week. They had a load out of Coldwater OH. (I knew the shipper as I go in there quite regular and it is a one horse town). I said oh ok a load of ______ going to Mississauga - what are the appointments and what is your rate? Her answer "well Ohio is hard to get trucks but this is a light load so we are gonna pay you $750".
I said "wow that is awful nice of you - but everyone else pays $1150 at least".
Her answer - they don't know how to rate light freight.. I said "ya...that's it...have a nice day".
You wanna pay $400 cheaper but they don't know how to rate!!

We have a hard time getting anyone to pu from Cleveland area for $900 -- had people asking for $1100 last week. And they want that rate from there ... I don't feel like such an idiot now.
