Manna Trucking

How about u broke both axles that cost me 3000$, second week u broke both differential s, and yokes, that cost him 10000 plus, u worked 2 months , u cost him 15000$ for total repair, ur calling me scam, u should think about it, u told me u have 35 years of experience, u don’t even know how to put tarp, u never secured loads properly, i caught u hauling 85000 lbs , with 5 straps and 2 chains , u got pulled over twice on scale , for lose straps , ur screwed my cvor. Coz ur un responsible driver, u broke one axle fine, one differential broke fine, but two axle broke in same time, two differential broke in same time ,plus yokes , I don’t know how do u do that , , ur very aggressive driver, I don’t recommend no one to hire u, I was giving u another truck, I changed my mind, becoz ur keep breaking truck, he is not refusing to pay, he will pay u in the court, coz that’s not my decision , that was ur truck owner decision, u break his truck,
Old tired truck was in the shop more than on the road every trip something went wrong especially the electrical always blowing fuses fixing half ass looked OK in yard when you needed them on for30 min then gone black out in northern ont every trip always texting to wait till the scale was closed before proceeding and diff was done when I started mentioned it to you plenty of times it didn't feel right you said keep it going till he got back from his absence

I appreciate u helped a lot , but truck mechanical wise was good , I know she had some electrical issues, we gave u nice neat clean truck, what u do with truck, truck was so dirty sinse first round, u never cleaned from inside , u never taken care of truck , did u miss any round, ur driving was so rough, that s y we had to take to shop every round, same truck running fine with out any problem, my simple question is, how did u break both axles at same time and both differential and yokes, one differential could have problem, simply that was you, u will get ur money, I did not get any letter from court , for ur kind information, all most more one year waiting to process all, but u have to wait, I m not scam. Stop using that word for my company and me, tc

I saw a Manna Trucking vehicle on the 401 Eastbound Friday. It was a two-tone Freightliner Cascadia - white with black top and bottom. It was pulling a 4 axle flat bed with bags of what I assume was top soil. It passed me and was obvious it did not have a speed limiter. The little that I saw there was nothing mechanically out of place.

If you're hauling 4 axle - heavy haul trailers with a tractor that was spec'd for max 80,000lbs, and running fast, you will have driveline issues. The axles, yokes and differentials need to be rated for the weight that is expected to haul. The driver you choose to run these loads also needs to be trained or have experience. Having a driver hit that driveline dozens of times a minute while being aggressive in traffic will lead to driveline issues.

Your conditional CVOR, and horrible response to this complaint makes me wonder how you continue to be successful. You definitely should have been able to resolve this in under a year.

Ummm...the door clearly said MANNA TRANSPORT. The truck passed me quite quickly, I didn't have time to make note of the CVOR number on the side, but why would you want your name on the side of some other company? Are you brokering out these loads to him? Why would you want to be implicated if that guy, whom you 'got noting to do with' but yet he works for you, gets in an accident? Something doesn't add up here....

Ummmm...you better check your CVOR because your overall Violation rate is not 10% - its 24%. Two convictions with points and an overall OOS rate of 37.14%. You're not getting out of Conditional Status until you get a better score. Maybe that guy is collecting points on your CVOR. I've attached your CVOR for you to look into it.

You don't tug on Superman's cape
You don't spit into the wind
You don't pull the mask off that old lone ranger
And you don't mess around with Jim
