Last shipment together was in the fall.

JUST MADE THE DNU LIST.
I have used them a few times and they always seemed to do a good job. They have ran a few Round trips for me which have the return load being hazmat. The last load they just did I caught them double brokering the load and lying to me even when they knew I knew what they did.
My shipper for the inbound portion called me stating the driver was not HAZMAT certified. I called Malke right away and he said he gave the load to his cousins company and he forgot that it was hazmat. I asked him what the company was called and he stated Tulip Transport. Well I deal with Tulip Transport at least 5 loads a month and I have a great relationship with them. I called Tulip and asked them about it and they said that this is the first time they have ever dealt with Malke. While I was on the phone with them Malke even called and told them to tell me they were related. When I approached Malke again about the lies he still stuck with the cousin thing. Bottom Line I was lucky since it was Tulip ( a carrier I trust and can work things out with ) and only one of the skids was Hazmat my client allowed us to remove the Hazmat skid so Tulip could take load ( which I am paying Tulip now ) and I was able to LTL the 1 skid that was haz. I even paid Tulip more then Malke was paying them.
