Has anyone heard anything about Maisliner making an announcement tomorrow?
I heard they were struggling recently but now it seams that a big announcement might come soon.
 
I've heard from a couple of good sources that they were actively trying to find someone to buy them out ... maybe it happened. Either that or they're shutting it down ...
 
Interesting. Just realized they haven't replied to any of my quotes since last week.

Something must be up.
 
If they are rejecting bids they are probably closing the doors. You wouldn't reject freight otherwise.
 
Just spoke to Alan Maislan the president, he assured me that is not true and operations are still running
 
These buggers strung me along for months to get paid, then I get a check in December, deposited it, and it bounced back so fast......I also spoke with the old man, and he said they were keeping going.....but I really wonder....frikken scammers
 
Yes it bounced. returned NSF. I wonder how many others are in the same position. I feel bad for their employees. I have no idea what quick pay is - a discounter? My collection agent is on them now, but they are not very hopeful
 
Have not done any thing with them since before Christmas. But if they are bouncing checks i will stay clear.
