The last load I covered a load for them, they refused to send a load tender and only wanted to speak to the driver who was going to cover the load. We told them a city truck was picking up the load and that the driver is deaf, you have to communicate with him via text, they demanded we send another truck and that deaf drivers can't do their load. I told them to take the load and shove it.
