Mackinnon

They post outbound all the time - not alot - but they do and have posted loads for a long time. They have been slower - 90 days paying - since the great Walker merger....

I used their trailer

I still have their trailer as collateral!!

I must have delivered two weeks ago, I am still waiting for a price revision in order to invoive them.

It was a short load anyway.

Not sure what's going on with these guys but I can't get through to anyone in A/P and they're at 120 days for a $1900 load. Not looking good.

No answer

I have the same issue,

The accts payable has not returned any of my messages. I gave all the details to what I thought was a helpful receptionist a few weeks back. That has also come to nothing.
I am only coming up mto 90 days , do not want to see 125!!
Any bad rumors going on that we small accriers do not know about ???

Also having the same issue. Told me I was getting a cheque the first week of Sept. and I'm still waiting. Another one for our DNU list.:(

I've had the same problem. They seem to be getting slower and slower. On my DNU also.

DNU List

They made our DNU list awhile back because of overdue invoices. Do not forget to call THE LINK and let them know your situation.

But they are one of Canada's 50 best managed companies !!

Who the hell gives out those awards anyway?

We haven't used MacKinnon in a bunch of years either due to back solicitation. Some goo dpeople but There are a slippery bunch of folks over there.

They are on our DNU list as well. These guys are just as well managed as KRISKA. Try getting your $$ out of them.....Grrrr......

Kriska

I think Kriska is going to make my DNU list in the very near future because of overdue invoices.

I have a feeling something is going on there. I have a customer that I share with them and I'm seeing a bigger share of the work than I'm used to ... and I'm told they are not happy with them.

As far as the Kriska comments ... hmmm that's a bit of a surprise.

The 50Best thing by the way ... you can only be nominated if you pay for it, and basically if 60 companies apply, it's pretty high likelihood you'll get awarded.

My opinion has always been that trucking companies will take care of their drivers, staff and equipment leases/payments first, their competition can wait.
