Screwed us on a truck not used, promised to pay saying bill me - I have this marked in the system ($250) of course after demands to send revised confirmation finally acknowledged he does not have intention to pay. Good thing we didn't book the whole shipment was $4200 worth. DNU and gonna play catch me if you can game with this outfit.

They're not too bad in regards to when everything goes as planned. I've taken a few orders from them over the past year, they average 80-90 days.

My $0.02 however, in my experience most load brokers have little to no understanding of the cost a carrier incurs when they cancel a pickup. I had a situation with one of the biggest Canadian freight brokers a while back because they thought $50.00 was sufficient to cover the cost of having 10' of trailer booked to BC cancel at 3pm on a Friday. Reason for not shipping is due to the same broker booking the same freight with multiple carriers. I was going to retire with that $50, but the intense love I have for this industry just didn't let it happen.
 
Think that that's a UPS Store address. I believe their office is in some yacht clubhouse on Lakeshore Rd in Oakville
