Any member doing business or considering doing business with this firm should know that we have still not been paid for Jan. invoices. We have dealt with them for a number of years, payment was somewhat slow, but now it is virtually stopped. The shipping department tells us that they are busy and still shipping, so somebody is hauling their freight. Their only reason for not paying us, according to them, is poor cash flow. I feel that they maybe playing the "revolving door" of suppliers - use one for a while, stop paying and move on to another. Be very careful and don't let them run-up a bill that you are not prepared to write-off.

Just a follow-up on my post from June 08 regarding this company. We did finally receive the monies owing to us by the end of 2008 and never hauled another stick of freight for them. It was interesting to note in the Toronto Star yesterday and a few days earlier, that this firm has just gone out of business and even left their own employees "holding the empty bag". I can't help but wonder how many transport providers they stung as well, because to the best of my knowledge, they continued to ship product right up till the end. Hopefully anyone who thought about giving them credit had the foresight to look them up on this site.

I think Equipment Express was doing most of their work over the past year or so. I wonder if they saw it coming?
