FYI: MY BADGE SAYS NEW MEMBER. ACTUALLY, LONG TIME MEMBER JUST DIFFERENT HANDLE...Just had my experience with Lynfox! Booked LTL AB to ON, confirmed loaded, gave verbal updates (they don't answer emails. Tracked yesterday, in Kitchener, delivery scheduled for this morning. Low and behold, freight still in EDM? DO NOT USE. This is the second time with similar results!
We had a very similar experience with Lynfox Freight:
1. Right after rate con agreed, they requested if we can change the rate con and change quickpay terms (3-5 days) to payment upon delivery same day for higher QP charge. We agreed upon goodwill for first time relations.
2. Pickup was scheduled for ASAP - up till 10am. Instead it was picked at 12:30pm.
3. We required a tracking link in our agreement, which was initially provided but very soon, the link expired, and no tracking was shared throughout, despite multiple asks. Even upon asking the location of where the truck is, they NEVER shared the location and kept stalling. Email replies were VERY SLOW, and at one point they said " we had an internet issue" ..
4. Instead, their dispatchers displayed extremely RUDE, BAD MOUTHING behavior towards my operations manager both on call and email. Constantly tried to derail the conversation towards total nonsense that 'we were afraid you wont pay on time... your review on social media not good etc' not to mention a lot of cuss words were used.
5. Instead of the scheduled delivery on Monday morning, the load was delivered 26 hours later! on Tuesday. Not to mention the obvious, that customer wasn't pleased.
6. They even said prior to delivery that they wont deliver until we pay them first ( which of course we didn't and shrugged that BS off ). We paid them immediately once the load was delivered.
7. They tried to project us badly after this whole incident in front our shipper via email. However, our shipper was smart enough to know their intent and didn't pay heed to these schemes.
