As you all know how tough the industry is now days. Everyday some broker or carrier is running away with someone's money.
Lumico logistics out of Cambridge is another example. All the carriers and brokers please watch out. Lumico does not have any trucks. These guys take freight from brokers and double broker to carriers.
Then find reasons to not pay their carriers. I'm ashamed to see a brown owner is behind 80% of default brokers. I don't understand why do these people cut price soo much to get work. Then to afford they have to steal from trucking companies.
Because some of these bad eggs. Everyone loses respect. Anyone else Stung by Lumico please share?
Let me make it very very very clear Haulex and every other carrier out there interested in hauling our freight.Lumico gave us an LTL to deliver GTA to Winnipeg in 2 days. We Picked up 15 skids on Wednesday to deliver on friday for $3000. Lumico booked with their customer as FTL. We promised to deliver on friday. We deliver on Friday. After receiver received freight around 2pm. We promised to deliver on Friday and we delivered it on Friday. Binder from Lumico call and starts getting rude to girls in our office. This Guys has no decency. This Idiot does not know how to talk to a woman. He mentality is still that if he is sitting backhome. He was very disrespectful to girls in our office. Yelling swearing, making statements. Lumico is the one who is dishonest and lying. Not us. He is the one who is cheating not us. He is the one scamming his customer and us not we are. He deducted our invoice by 50% and sent us revised for $1500. We offer him on Wednesday FTL service which he denied. He said he does not need an FTL service.
I'm not the only Lumico did this to.
Says the company that can't follow instructions?WHAT IS A DOUBLE BROKERING? Truth is that. You are Scam, unethical and thief.
TRANSPORATION WAS AMAZING BEOFORE none Canadian (Especially South Asian) entered the industry.
What you did with us shows how unethical, Dishonest and fraud none Canadian are. We all come to Canada for a better life. It is a shame that people like you bring dishonesty, fraud and unethical practices along them to Canada.
We don't double broker. Direct customer
Did Haulex "farm out" the pick up or delivery or both?Says the company that can't follow instructions?
First mistake was you cross docked it.
Learn to read your confirmations. You took this load and farmed it out to someone else.
So work on your grammar while you are at it![]()
Cannot confirm the pickup.Did Haulex "farm out" the pick up or delivery or both?
Deductions are always passed on to our clients. It helps cover the cost of labor.@Pizaninja; do you intent to pay out to anyone the agreed rate of $3,000 or will you keep it to yourself?
It's my understanding that but still needs to be proven:I'm confused...
So haulex took a load for 3000 from Lumico.
"haulex" delivered the load in the correct time agreed upon.
Lumico believes they brokered out a portion, and shorted the invoice 1500?
Is that what the story is? And now the title has changed and haulex post edited.... eh?
I can answer how he came up with that figure. It's my understanding that but still needs to be proven:
a) haulex may have farmed out the pickup
b) haulex farmed out the deliver
c) by doing 1 of the stated above, they did not adhere to the "no cross docking requirement" noted on the load confirmation.
d) and the good was late to delivery
Which has resulted in a deduction of $1500.00 to Haulex.
Interested to hear how @Pizzaninja came up with that figure.
