Heads up....
We had LTI Lally do a load for us. (in hind sight not a good idea). They brought the equipment back damaged. We noted that we had to inspect on the BOL and advised Lally right away. Their dispatcher (Dave) confirmed that there was damage and indicated the driver had to buy some straps to secure it. Jaswinder Singh (owner) would not return any of my calls since October of 2015 and i finally got Zurich involved directly in December. They have refused the claim as of February 3rd.

DNU. Reading the other threads it is obvious they are a terrible carrier. Here is another example to confirm this. The only time you will be able to speak with someone is if they want something from you.

I can't comment on their service. they did make 5 payments with an average 46 days to pay 2 months ago

We have used Lally and our load got pulled in for inspection, they took care of everything and my order still arrived on time. i would use Lally for shipments. Joe SLM Logistics Corp.

I have used Lally for 5 years plus. They have always done a good job for us. Charilie and Dave are great to work with.

Received a payment yesterday. 40 days this time. A few days improvement since our last payment. Not too bad!.

It looks like they have done some good work for some people. They still remain on my DNU list. My judgement is not based on the problem they created but by the lack of response to resolve it. It should not take 5 months to get a response on a damage claim. Dave was great. He would talk to me and let me know they did damage the freight and would have someone call me. He sounded frustrated that no one ever called me back. When things are going great it is harder to discern a good company. When there is a problem a good company will respond quickly. It may not be the answer you would like but the quick response and acknowledgement that there is something to resolve goes a long way. I have yet to speak with Jas. Use them at your own risk. Just pray to the transportation Gods that nothing goes wrong. Or it could be that they have only done this once....;) Take a look at their history...

They were 1 day late on a load to CA for me. It was booked as a load and go, paid premium. I found out the team did not depart until the next day. They tried to tell me they were delayed at the border for inspection for 12 hrs.
