The above company has two invoices with our company, which as of today is 208 days old.

They are located at 129 Overture Road
Scarborough, Ontario
M1E 2W5
Phone number is: 416-282-6732

It seems that everytime you call, you have to leave a message for the owner,(the person who does the books) and never a return call.

I was told today, that I am on the list to get paid. What a joke, been on that list a long time.

Just a warning to all, DO NOT USE them unless you want to get on a list and no payment.

They did 3 shipments for us last year with no issues but the address we have is 400 Monarch Ave Ajax Ontario......same phone number.

We were using them for some distribution work to Atlantic Canada last year in the spring. Service was absolutely atrocious and we cut them off. Their paperwork was also such a disaster I cannot imagine how they would manage their books any better.

I got the feeling they were double-brokering freight out so I forced the kabash on these guys. Unfortunately, I also lost my customer because of them.

208 days why would you not show up at the door step of this company and demand that payment is made. It's always fun to show up at the door of a dead beat that owes money the look on their faces is priceless.

If I'm correct, They use JD Factors for their invoices, so it would be hard to see them not having money.

We gave them freight a month or so ago to NF and paid JD factors on 30 days. I would give JD factors a call about this.

I can assure you if they double brokered my freight and someone comes looking for money that I will be collecting it from the factoring co. They attach their name to the co. so they must have some responsibility in making sure the carriers are paid.

While many will so thats not the way it works. keep this in mind if you do call JD. they demand that they have bought the invoices and they must be paid. This means if you find out they are double brokering, you still need to pay JD, even though another carrier did the work - means they are taking some responsibility for bringing the carrier on board.

let me know if I can help any other way. The are on our DNU now as we have them as a carrier only - not a broker.
