It will be pointless unless DTNA provides them with the software and training. We have had many times we went into a LOVES only to come out with a hefty bill and a trip to a Freightliner to get it done right. This week we had a small coolant leak - simple enough, a rubbed through coolant line. We only needed a rubber hose and two hose clamps. LOVES broke the nipple off the bunk heater core while trying to get the hose off and now we have to replace the heater core. Of course, it was identified until an hour down the road so turning around to get it done at the same location was not effective.
