Looking for Reliable Hydraulic Tail Lift Systems for Truck Fleet Use

We are currently upgrading several trucks in our fleet and evaluating different hydraulic tail lift systems for daily loading operations.

The main focus is on stable performance under continuous use, durability under different working conditions, and overall maintenance efficiency.

We are comparing available options in the market and would like to get feedback from operators or companies with real experience using hydraulic tail lift systems in logistics or freight applications.

Any insights on long-term reliability, hydraulic performance, or maintenance issues would be appreciated.

Maxon lifts have been great for us, and the 3k lbs suits our needs. Decent external support with local vendors too. Maybe its just me, but parts and servicing is the key, when you go with smaller or lesser known manufacturers it limits how many techs can work on them out in the field if you run into issues.
