That's quite a while to wait... You should be in contact with their customer for sure!

In our system I see we did one load back in October... We received payment by cheque in 50 days.

Here's the number off the confirmation sheet... 844-744-7847 - but that's probably the one you already have...

It also has an email address on it... billing@shiptis.com

Just for the hell of it, I tried the number myself... I got through to their phone system, so it seemed to work for me.

Maybe try again... Or PM me, and I'll be glad to get them on the phone and 3-way call you... Again, just for the hell of it! haahahaa...

When I call the 844 number from our company line it goes directly to busy tone lol weird.

I sent an email to billings lets see if no response today then maybe 3 way call is a good idea

I dialed both ways and no luck. Attempted multiple times, maybe they block our company number :/

Ironically number works when I use a different line (i.e. cellphone)
Clearly they used us to haul a load and blocked us.

Be careful carriers of this company.

Thanks, I just got a hold of the manager. Hopefully it will be rectified. Line still did not work but I used another method.

This is one of those outfits from the US that hires agents and calls them VP Operations or something like that for the branches. There is a person that I used to work with that runs an agency in Ontario (I think Aurora) and there may be more in Canada? Not sure.

We eventually got paid, and the manager was the one who helped us out (Victoria). I did have to use a different phone number to have them entertain my call.

@TransKing Funny thing is this is what we are having to do with you to try and get a hold of you to have our invoices paid. But you guys are getting good at avoiding it. Irony at its finest. Complain about people not paying you but yet you aren't paying others for a year. I have invoices dating back to March 2023 that you owe.
