Anyone else having trouble getting paid by this firm? I have an invoice from May still outsanding!

Just got a letter from them saying that they stopped their operations on December 1st, 2009... due to too many of their customers going bankrupt. Therefore they are sorry for this inconvenience... they will not be able to pay my 350.00 for 1 skid from Montreal to Calgary.
The banks called back their loan etc...
Owner's name is Daniel Lajoie in case you see a new company owned by this individual.
This is not a bankruptcy note, just another company that has no idea how to live with only the profit made...
Good riddance and hope they never open another company

I have just sent an email to the customer in effect via their website and awaiting afor a response. I can supply services for him at a better price and will not default on a 350.00 load to myself that's for sure.
