theres also a opp police branch half a mile from their yard in orangeville
i suggest everyone to atleast make a formal complaint about this place so atleast police get to know whats going on around their city

mine is one load for 5900 CAD. if we all gather together I am ready to go and file complaint. this has to stop before it more people falling into his trap. just imagine how many people are not even on this platform. Feel free contact me at 4036710371.

I did 2 load for them in early June. Both picked up form lachute qc and went to Orangeville. I’ve been trying to get paid since. And they keep ignoring me. I told simran the accountant manager I was going to the customer for payment and she said to do it.
We have done this one as well, picked up from 4445 Marie Victorin Varennes QC J3X 1T3 and deliver to their dock in Orangeville and experiencing same issue. They are doing this scam big time and still going on, we have to report it to local police asap and expose them. They are not paying a single person, they have 5 - 6 companies and they are scamming from all of them. All their BOL's are fake, as per other person in this form they still have trucks coming to their dock and doing this scam.
They told me they mailed the check. Then they said they their bank froze their account. Then they said they will do the e transfer by the end of the week. It’s been 3 months now and I still can’t get paid. It’s ridiculous. If I make a report. Will the police even do anything?

Absolutely you should notify DuPont of this on going fraudulent activity! I am surprised not one of the victims hasn’t already done so. Whether or not they will step up and pay the defrauded carriers is a legal matter, however if nothing more, they should at least stop giving their freight to a criminal organization. As others have said, reach out to Scam Chaser on this site. He is an experienced transportation para legal who can provide you with some good advice and seems to be fully aware of this particular scam.

call receivers as well on the BOL, call everyone but these scammers, that is how you will get paid.
They make Fake BOL, no one can know who the shipper and receiver is. For Calgary/BC loads, they ship it from their dock in Orangeville and then go to another crossdock(Last Miles) in Calgary. They are very pro in this scam, hopefully we can get them exposed and everyone can get their money.
