We are trying to get in touch with owner, Eric Adwokat with no success for an unpaid March 2015 invoice. We finally got in touch with a certain Ilana Shvarstuhk, ex-VP Sales and she explained that the following carriers were not paid by him (ones that she was aware of):

We have contacted the shipper, who is (or was) a close friend and has confirmed that they paid Logiscore.

If anyone knows the whereabouts of this company, please advise...

She paid us quickly, about 35-42 days for 8 invoices from mid 2014. Last payment arrived in December 2014. Currently one invoices is outstanding at 63 days, gotta call her to see where the payment is.

Watch dog : I guess you're out of luck for obtaining payment for your invoice. Contact Ilana (416) 836-3060 & she'll add you to the list of unpaid freight companies & brokers. As stated below, we have already contacted shipper and they have paid Logiscore.

FYI I sent a complaint to Load Link to have their file downgraded to payindex ''very risky''. And they say it's not Eric Adwokat but Andre Adwokat as contact.

Keep me posted if you are able to reach Andre alias Eric.

I have had no luck, but I am doing the Bill of Lading Act to try to get my money. I was told they paid them, but still going after the shipper and receiver.
Sorry will have to pay twice.

Andre must be Eric's dad. I was told he owes this company and a few other mentioned by Kathleen.
