LoadLink is down?

I think we should all have a credit on our next bill for a whole day missed. WAY too much money in the first place but for it to be down a whole day we need a rebate.
 
Not to upset people. I know everyone uses loadlink once in a while but if you are worried about load link down you may have bigger problems and challenges . We use brokers very often but we use load link maybe 5 times a month.

A lot of carriers live and or die (mostly die) with the link as there only source for freight. Just have to go back 20 or so years before the link to the rolodex and faxing out availability sheets. While the link makes it easy I am not sure it has made it better.

Same here! I often wonder if the cost is really worth it? We post our truck availability on the Link all the time but I usually end up getting loads through other methods. It would be nice if they would issue a credit for the times when their site goes down but I won't hold my breath.
 
Probably written somewhere in the legal section of the contract we all have with Transcore, is a paragraph releasing them from any liability in the event of a service failure. Regardless, it would be a nice goodwill gesture to at least offer a small discount on the next months billing. Not that the money would be significant, but it would show that they care about their customers. What?...Time to get up? I was just in the middle of this real nice dream!

Was looking into getting load link but seeing many posts with issues
Is it good investment/
is there any other sites that are better and more stable?
