load posting/freight matching boards

Hello peeps


Does anyone know of a good load board other than Loadlink and Internet Truckstop. Looking to add another posting option to the mix.

There are no other good options in my opinion. Even the link is used as the last resort over . Unless it's a last minute order.
 
Getting Trucks

Paying waiting time on furniture loads that take way to long to load is a good start, or as Rob says increase the rate to increase the truck pool... maybe the guys from Shipping Wars TV show could help (Those people are not bright at all) on uship.com? Basically what you hvae to look at is what people are paying for on a given lane and make it attractive to pull your freight over Broker B, which unfortunaly 3-5 hours unpaid for loading / unloading honestly does not help IMHO. Anyways, home time... long day...
 
Pay better rates!! The trucks are eaiser to find.

Couldn't agree more. If you need load boards to run your business than your not doing something right. I get called every morning from my preferred carriers asking if we have loads for them before they post their trucks on the link.
 
funny i was just going to ask a question about load boards.

I have a carrier based in Chicago who i have blocked out of Link. (He calls on every load I post) When I asked him where he sees my load, he claims Transport 360.

Anyone have any info on this site??\\

I thought that Transcore, Transcore 3sixty, Link and DAT were all one in the same...?

if the subscriber type is US then you can delete him or block him, it will only keep it for that day, then the next day they will be back.

you can't completely block a US subscriber on the Link, even if you pay for the extra US/Dat leads.

post a load, they see you.

do a search, they can't see you.

vice versa with loads/trucks.

or if you aren't paying the extra to see US/Dat leads then no, you won't see them but they can see you. Marketing 101 ;)

Well, I don't want to mention any names.

However, Michaelk, go buy yourself a 649 ticket.. You are the lucky winner.

The other Carrier starts with an I and ends with an E.
with 1 letter inbetween.

HINT.. We add this to our drinks to keep them cold??
 
Ya Streamline is relentless. I have explained on numerous occasions that I don't use IL based carriers to move my LTL freight into Canada. I only give it to Canadian carriers. Yet they still call all the time.

Do not have DAT nor do we want it.

Running at capacity anyway.

We have been bombarded with requests from US carriers/brokers all week. I guess the reefers have started running produce.

Good luck to the double - co Brokers.

All other load boards have been futile when you are searching fot LTL freight into Canada.

I deem LINK with the same regard as Salesman. We are a captive audience, both necessary evils!
