They called on a local move in Montreal, so I wasn't concerned about the US. Surprised there were no comments here since March if they're not legit. I just checked and their Loadlink profile shows only ON authority ...

LOL - i just saw this. I meant that I wasn't moving a load to/from the US so I wasn't concerned about their US authority, but yeah, that was a pretty dumb assessment for a local move in Montreal! Mondays ...

have had some completed runs with LK overall good service on. However booked a load ON-QC a week prior to pick up, day before pick up confirmed all good. Then 10am day of pick up said drivers called in and cant complete pick up. I asked about loading and going direct for loading the following day, was told no. Asked about loading next day and delivering the following day (saturday) was told no. Asked load next day deliver Monday with a discount for the customer. Then got an email to cancel the shipment.
So yes good company to use until something happens on their end, then they have zero follow through with the commitments.
