They tried to offer my assets loads but failed the test to get set up as a customer.

Take that as you will.

My guess is they won a bunch of freight in a RFP
 
They are attempting to use the asset division as well. I reviewed it, and it has too many red flags but want to see if it was me or maybe I'm being overly cautious.
 
Shortly after making this post, the asset division took a few loads. It came under HMS Connects.
After catching on, all loads were originating from their warehouse. We pulled the plug after a few loads. Since then, surprisingly, we have not be paid.

Although, we've been able to reach a live person to give us the "run around" the last few days has been crickets. No one is responding to emails or answering calls.

I suggest take extra caution if you chose to conduct business with HMS/Lion Force.
Clearly, they are on DNU now.

I will update the site once a conclusion is had.
