We have received a few calls on one of our posted trucks - but I don't see any of those carriers/brokers under 'Leads'. Shouldn't I be able to see them?

Does anyone know how it is that brokers can see us on the Link but we can't see them?

If they are in the US it is because they are DAT subscribers. They see everything. You could pay more for your link and then would see everyone

It is likely because they are doing carrier searches without posting the load that they have. I actually do it all the time just because it saves me from having to filter through 100 calls of people that won't work or that I just wouldn't use.

It could also be that they are using a different DBA, or are using a different service of Transcore that links up to Link somehow.

Speaking about LINK ...

Am I the only one getting inbox mail notifications every five minutes or so, and when I am opening them- it's unreadable .

Complaint once already, but ding-ding still going..(((

Just talked with Customer Support.
Apparently, it's Equifax reports, but because I don't have EXCEL, I can't read them, dah...
Problem solved, kinda...

You can download a program called Libra Office or Open office. They are free and have similar MS Office program and can open excel files.
