We have been having trouble collecting from Lexington Freight Soluntions out of Vaughan, ON. Anyone else? We’ve been trying to collect on an invoice from October 2010 with no luck. Lies, lies and more lies. The cheque is in the mail…Oops! We mailed it to the wrong address…Finally they sent post-dated cheques to pay off the invoice, but the first one bounced. When we called them about it, they said they needed time to look into it. The cheque shouldn’t have bounced because they had set aside the money for the cheque. What ever!!!!:eek:
Watch out for Lexington Freight!
 
Yes Lexington has problem with paying. My friend is running transport from Brampton canada. He showed me two cheques not getting cashed. One of them was from Lexington. Load was picked from California to Toronto.

Bad payers are killing trucking industry.
