I keep in touch with Bryan... he's doing well. Travelling between here and the south (avoiding winters)... moving the odd shipment with his pick up and a small flatbed trailer.

Before the crash in 08 we hauled 4 or 5 complete hockey rinks to the Carolina's to be set up on peoples private property.

Forgot about them and we still do some. Did a couple for NHL players and coaches as well as a figure skater.

Adding OK what is funniest response you have had from clients?

how about what is the most fun you have had with a new sales person?
Have to get few companies involved but once had a guy working all day trying to get permits for a full load of "sail boat fuel" from Toronto to Miami

Being in IMX for a while, we were sending all newbies to get an open top 20' reefer container and precool him....

I had it done to myself............My first summer job after getting my drivers licence I was a runner for WTC Airfreight and my job was to pick up paperwork from truckers and airlines then distribute them out to customs brokers as well picking up the releases. One day they sent me to Air Canada for the special 7 hole customs punch...............four hours later I returned to office giving up after being sent from one airline to trucker to customs broker to bonded warehouse....................office laughing their asses off said I held the record for attempts to find it. Never lived that one down that summer

We also sell product so when newbies started we would slip a tube of hemorroid cream in their coat pocket and all be hanging around at the end of the day when they would put their coat on and would feel something in their pocket. They would pull it out and of course we would accuse them of stealing on the first day, we would laugh and laugh not sure how the employee took it but they would join in on the next new employee.
