Invoice past 90 days, no return calls, their bond canceled with claims against.
 
Although Loadlink/Transcore doesnt keep us up-to-date on credit for the 500.00 we pay them every month there were signs months ago that this company was having issues. Loadlink does a deplorable job informing us about credit. Internet Truckstop is by far the best service out there, they are the cheapest and they are by far the best.
 
Used them several times in the past, but stopped using them since they double brokered a shipment and we lost one of our major accounts because of that. Not only did they double broker, but they give me an update on the truck, and a confirmation is was delivered ( from MN to CA ) when it was not even picked up !!

We did a load for them back in Feb. and in april we called to see status on payment and the woman we talked to gave us a cheque # and told us it was in the mail!! Still nothing to this date and tried to call several time with no results.

We attempted to file against their bond but surprise surprise, it was depleted by the time our claim was made.

I wonder if that's the same Debra Ramrump from Canada - does anyone know her last name (maiden).

Yes the famous LE Johnson, Ms. Deborah convinced my dispatch department on October 5th, 2009 to run a truck 700 miles MT to cover her "HOT, HOT" load out of Lexington, SC up to Northern Ontario, after everything was said and done we got hit for $4200.00 USD. We chased and chased her but she is always one step ahead of us! Good luck all if you are owed!

We did a load for Sureway Transportation in August. I checked their references very, very carefully and it all checked out. So I took the load and had the cheque in my hand BEFORE the standard 30 days was up. I was very pleasantly surprised. So I don't think they are related to LE Johnson at all.
I just went back and checked my load paperwork and Sureway is a division of ATS in St. Cloud Minnesota. Not related to LE Johnson. I had no problem getting paid from Sureway.

David and Deborah Johnson from LE Johnson Franklin TN are one in the same - they are now agents for Sureway. These 2 crooks stiffed us for $500.00, fortunately for the Mercantile Act we are in the process of collecting our money from the Consignee. I am sure with all of the complaints and reputation of these 2 that Sureway will be getting rid of them soon.

Wow, I can't believe that I didn't clue in. Like I said, I checked their references very carefully and the parent company paid the bill, so I guess I was very lucky. I couldn't believe I got paid so quickly. And I really can't believe a reputable company would have them working for them! They must not know what has been going on!
