LDM Transport - Delson, PQ

I have spoken with Luke regarding his outstanding money he owes us and was advised he is going through financial hardship but was refinancing and would be able to give us more information on Oct 24th. We have made many attempts to contact him and leave messages but have not heard back.

Is anybody else experiencing issues with this company?

There are "financial" hardships...which result in payment delay...BUT....payment does show up - eventually. Then there are financial "hardships" - as in LDM likely closing their doors and/or are in the midst of filing papers now. Unbeknownst to you....

If your receivable is well over 90 days - leave LDM to figure out their "hardships" and move onto payment from the shipper and/or receiver. Get everyone involved. It has been another 3+ weeks for you and no solid information. I'd say things are going South regarding refinancing...which rarely ever returns a sinking ship to port.

They did used to pay in a timely manner. We stopped using them as they were always well over the 90 days period...From ther rumors, they will be bought by someone in the area...Can't say if this info is real or not as I had heard this rumor this week between the branches...
