Took a shipment from us Monday am for p/u by 4pm. Rec'd call at 4pm that driver was still 3 hours away from p/u. Customer closed. Guaranteed p/u for 7:30am p/u Tuesday. Followed up with dispatch Tuesday am and shipment was picked up.

Tuesday afternoon 2pm customer called and advised us the carrier did not show up. Called Lakh Datta and was advised it was done. After Lakh Datta dispatch hung up on me twice, left me on hold once over the course of one hour, we were advised they did not have a truck to do this shipment and cancelled on us.

We have done a lot of work with this company and never had any issues - they have always been accomodating and helpful.

I'm really suprised to see this info. about them and will start looking a little more closely at the loads they do.

Probably one of the worst experiences I've seen from my perspective in the past few months was from them.

They skip on your freight and still call on postings ... unbelievable.

The reason I'm asking is because I never had any issues with Lakh Datta Logistics and been working with them for over a year now. Always picked up and delivered on time. Great people to deal with!

The main problem is give-backs and rudeness. Also there are people here mentioning a tie-in between them and Kelly Transportation which is a double-broker scam. I'm not sure if there really is a tie-in. We've blocked them from our system so we haven't heard from them in a couple of months for sure.

Anyone have any contact information on these guys? I'm trying to track down someone there. It seems one of my colleagues got stung by them recently.

Lakh Datta

Unfortunately we are. My co-worker gave them a load on Dec. 22 and they still have three drops left to do. They are holding our freight and demanding payment in full before completing the deliveries. We have contacted the factoring company and they already paid Lakh Datta 50% of the confirmed rate. Cops are working on it.

They are operating as YOURWAY TRANSPORT INC now also located in Brampton. DEF ON MY DNU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
