KY to BC Loads

Need Help. We have 2 Dry Van loads in Frankfort, KY going to Vancouver, BC. Please PM me if you can help.

Are there any Western Canadian carriers out there that are anywhere, remotely close to Frankfort KY? Open to any and all suggestions and rate proposals! Got to get this freight moving. Must be 53' dry vans, 2 full loads. Thanks!

There were a few western based carriers I used to use out of that area....Bison/Winmar/Paraclete (Not sure if service BC)/Whiskey River. Most of the carriers I used out of BC were reefers though.

Yes, the few available trucks we found were indeed reefers and the shipper just won't load them. We are doing everything possible to source equipment and any and all suggestions are welcome and appreciated.

Call Werner.. they've got trucks there and service to BC is good.

Possibly send someone from GTA down empty to load. Is the freight is that hot? I know in tough times we have done that for brokers get the freight moving.

Rob, what would you need, or for that matter, anyone else on this site? Looks like the customer has moved one with a US carrier. Don't know what they paid. One to go. Destination, Surrey BC

As of right now, the customer has cancelled the US carrier and we are exploring either running 2 trucks empty (as Rob suggested) to load in KY, or bring the 2 loads back to ON (or anywhere west of ON) and transfer to a carrier for final delivery. On that note, if there are any carriers from MB or SK near Frankfort that would be interested in moving these loads at least partway, please PM me. Thanks to all of my fellow Inside Transport members for their suggestions. I don't mind going the extra mile for this shipper, they are one of our very best customers. Real good people.

Well, if you're going to run trucks down you don't need to run 'em empty..not in this market. At least get them there under load ($$$$) and then p/u these two.
