They will rebroker your loads and really make you work to get paid if you haul for them.
Tendered a local ONT to ONT to them in December. Picked up on time and delivery was delayed a few hours, only due to bad weather. They communicated that to us immediately so we were able to keep receiver in the loop. Good transaction for what its worth
Took load from them last year, only since long weekend and nothing else available. ( pick up from their dock) so it was definitely double broker load.
They gave us run around, had to chase them every day for payment. They keep asking for POD again and again even after confirming the first time that they did received the POD.
Finally around 90 days plus, they ask us to change the invoice to different company. Which we could not find the information on, no authorities or insurance. We were hesitant to do that and they told us if we don't change the invoice to this unknown name, they will not pay. So, to make sure we get paid, we changed the invoice and then check finally arrived after 120 days. ON DNU
