Sad to advise that Jay Dhinsa of Z&Z Financial and Revolution Capital died as a result of a boating accident this past Saturday.

Oh no, my condolences to his family. He was always positive and energetic when I saw him at various events... So sad to lose a good man so young.. RIP Jay.
