If it's KS trsptn MC 993686 they are set up in our system. They were assigned to an order but cancelled the morning of the pick up.
They did not advise us... we found out when calling to ensure that all was good.
Not DNU here... but there is a note in their profile to proceed with caution.

They never ended up sending their carrier package over and no answer when I called back...so I moved on.
