we have a load pending with them however they seem to be all over the place especially a lady named deepa

seems to be very arrogant when asked about payment terms, he laughed and replied "30 days"

I had the same arrogance from them and was not paid in 30 days.

We attempted a pick up for KRG and had an issue getting loaded. Tried reaching Deepa to help via email and phone with no response. Driver waited over 2 hours for the load and Deepa only answered once we said we were leaving the shipper. She Initially agreed to pay for the missed pick and then refused because we didn't try hard enough to get a hold of KRG.
