Kontroller has done 4 loads for us so far this year (just set them up this year), all picked up and delivered on time. Nothing but good service to date!

Kontroller IS K Josun. They are not bad guys and they run their own equipment (no dbl-brokering to my knowledge). However, on a load they were hauling for me, their driver asked one of my receivers for a hundred dollars so that he could go eat and send faxes. When my customer called, I never felt so embarrased before.
He sent his driver back 5 hours later to return the money (because, yes, my customer was actually good hearted enough to give the money!!!!)

Well, there's a new one...I wonder if that driver is still employed by them...Did they attempt to get a redirect or were they above board and sent the driver back to return the money no questions asked...
