We have done about 3 loads for them in the past 6 months. We got our cheque at about 65 days. The rate was low, but they got us out of a bind and I didn't have any problems with the dispatch at all.
 
They stiffed us for $300 of waiting time at the shipper. Took 8 hours at the shipper to load, and at the consignee our truck got late by 15 miutes from appt time, and sat there for an hour, in the hope that they might offload him, but we had to bring him back.

They revised the delivery appt for next day, but forgot to inform us of that, so the load sat in our yard for a couple of days, until a delivery appt could be rescheduled.

Our fault is that we wanted to see a revised confirmation in our hands, before we sent the truck for delivery. So, they revised the fax just to get us to deliver the load, but never bothered to pay the revised amount, because they had no intention of doing that.

On our DNU list as of this week.
 
Comments from 2011 are not very impressive.

Wondering if this year they have improved in any way.

This will be our first load with this company.
 
done a couple of scrap paper loads out of SW Ontario outbound in 2011 , low rates paid in 60 days, needed a load to get our freight picked up in the US, there load went to the general area so we took it, only positive thing was they where pleasant on the phone
