They have called in the past for 2loads but both handed back, First was reefer was not working. Not sure why they handed back the 2nd reefer load. They were both in 2020.
 
We had the same type of situation. Told us they could do load then backed out last minute.
 
We've only given them 2 shipments this year. One went OK the second we had to go rescue from their dock.

I think that is exactly what they do , they take something to ensure their truck has a load but if they find something more appealing they come up with some excuse. I have them on the DNU list .

Remember, just their broker authorities were revoked. It doesn't say anything about their carrier authorities.
Their brokerage side has a different USDOT/MC number than their carrier authorities.

Ended up using them... Wouldn't recommend for critical shipment. A day late for delivery without notice.

and... not service related... I find it annoying when someone uses an emoji to end each and every email. But I think that is just my age....
