Your response that a driver ripped you off is a sad, and almost unbelievable story. Your business plan must have been flawed when you were promising to pay carriers $700 for loads you were only getting paid $600 for. If you need the particulars let me know. I will show you your confirmations for 8 or 9 loads that you were paying us more than you were getting paid. Tell me again you intended to pay when you booked these loads.
 
Still trying to collect money from GHK, turns out the loads belonged to someone else (surprise surprise). When I started checking the shipper out figure they must be paying a fortune since I am the fourth in line. So far I haven't gone directly to the shipper because I don't want to mess up someone else's customer if I can get it resolved. I imagine I am not the only one involved since on one of the loads we picked up in MD was going to AB. We only brought it as far as On. I understand another company took it to AB and they are having the same issues I am with collecting

It does surprise me that Tony feels hard done by when he is quite ready to screw other guys in the same business. As for hiding by not posting your name well I bet he never mentioned that he was Kingston or GFS or any other names he has used or is using to anyone he was doing business with, and he does not take the crap but leaves his dispatcher to deal it.

I sure wouldn't be waiting to get my money. I had Tony call on many of my loads and am thankful for this site that I didn't give him any freight!

Tony is NOT going to call...you know that...we all know that....

Kingston Transport/GHK has about 100+ posts on this site between many different threads. This forum is not a place for posts such as yours. You know how to contact Tony - where to find him. I suggest you use other means - other than Inside Transport - to vent your frustrations that many of us share with you.

The word is out on Kingston/GHK - "the jig is up". It has been for quite some time now.

People are aware of their unethical business practices and deliberate non payment - enough said on this....
 
The sad part is the JIG is not up every couple weeks some other poor old sob comes on here and says they got screwed by this clown. He called me looking for freight and trucks within the last two weeks. Maybe it is time for the MTO here in Ontario to go after this clown but wait they would rather nickle and four hundred dollar us to death at the scales with the billshat because it is all about safety!!

I agree with you on the above. I cringe when I see new members come on this site looking for credit information on companies plastered all over the "non paying brokers" section.

But - also on that note - we all managed BEFORE Inside Transport was around. Proper credit checks and simply making a few calls to buddies asking around on certain businesses was good enough then...and it still is now.

If you get burned by a delinquent - regardless if you knew of this forum or not - it was a chance you took in doing business with someone new. Especially if you didn't fully check them out PRIOR to the collaborating business "hand shake"....

I know there is another company. But he has moved out of 135 Bethridge. I am looking for where he has moved now. If anyone can help me that would be great.
 
They are now located in the Cargo Cartage bldg at 6 Baker Rd. Brampton
416-749-1470 I believe is the number they are using now. Tony's cell number is 905-999-9971. Use *67 when calling to block your number.

I've known this "bully" since he was hauling furniture for Interhome.

Personally, he is gutterfilth..he lives in Pickering, operates wherever...

He cries the blues, but screws EVERYONE along the way.

BTW his last name - I am unsure of the correct spelling.

Does anyone have any names of Logisitcs company that Kingston is working with?
Helping them move their

Tony and his people are at it again. Took a load from me (i know i know) double brokered it and of course are not paying the company they gave it to. The second trucking company is now going after my customer.
I got in touch with their old dispatcher who talked to Tony who says he doesn't care and doesn't have any money. I was told he likely used the money to fix his trucks.
any advice (besides not to deal with Tony) I got that now!

I heard that he is still running GHK Transport Ltd. Look at the begining of the posts on Kingston and you will find the information there. But the address is 6 Baker Road, Brampton, Ontario.

On Sep 8/2011 - I met Tony in the Small Claims building on Sheppard St. The only reason this guy was there was because I filed two claims, one against GHK and another against Antonio Gionfriddo.

From the beginning he announced to the judge that GHK doesn't exist anymore. I'll fight for the money he owes me and after will post the result here.

He provided 905-999-9971 as his telephone# and 444 Woodsmere Cres., Pickering, ON L1V 7A4 as his address.

Hi Everyone

This is a new one from Kingston Transport AKA GHK !! We got a letter from George Brown Professional Corp ( Licensed Paralegals ) They claimed we did not pay a GHK invoice. We had paid RBA as the agreement with RBA Financial Group. The slimmy people ( Tony ) had used a black marker so on the GHK invoice show nothing about RBA. Then he takes the letter to George Brown and he hires them so they can try to sue us !! I sent all the back up to them and they are no longer trying to sue us !!!

Anyone else get this letter from George Brown ???????
