They just double brokered my load out of Edmonton to Montreal for 800.00 more than what I was paying them .
 
i did a load for this company from Calgary to Montreal. full load. They are not picking up calls or answering emails. What are my options. Can anyone direct me in right direction.

I have never experienced this situation before since i started business 4 Years ago.

Call the shipper and receiver and see who was really supposed to be doing the load (original broker) Call them and explain the situation. Sounds like these clowns double broker everything.
 
I would send to collections immediately. The responses below don't sound promising when they are overpaying for loads they are double brokering.

I also couldn't find them on loadlink.
 
nothing yet. lost 3400 dollars. did a move for them from calgary to montreal. 3 cars, for a major auto part reseller. i called the receiver couple times they wont respond to your questions.
 
Can I file a small court claim to the receiver. Because I know they were the buyer of the accidental cars and responsible for the freight charges.

It's been 9 month try to figure this shit out.

That the last resource I have.
