They have done a couple loads for me. Like a lot of Brampton based carriers they tell you one thing and do it their own way. I would not use them on a strict appointment as they seem to have an issue being where they say they will be when they say they will be there.
two loads given. two loads that went sideways. communication frequency was fine, but the updates themselves was terrible. One person would say one thing and a few hours later another person would say something else. It left me with nothing substantial to inform anyone about what actually was happening and why it was late.
