Who are your payment contact?. I can't get anyone at Khattra to answer my requests for payment.

I speak with Aditya, I’ve been dealing with him for last 4 years doing ON-FL and ON-GA. Payment in 30-35 days

I have edited my post because after a few conversations, we have received payment.
Claiming the proper person didn't get the invoice - which can happen so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.
Have moved to DNU for now to see what their future holds.

Very unprofessional people working there. There seems to be no sense of responsibility to inform or communicate properly. There is a lack of listening and cooperation, even though a lot can happen in this industry.

Once the load is completed and it comes time for payment, calls and emails are no longer answered!!

Bringing this thread back. Worked with Aditya past couple years on case by case scenarios, mainly LTL going down south. Every shipment there was always some sort of issue, let it be the shipper, receiver, or the dimensions. I'd put them on time out for a couple weeks before he begs and pleads again to take another shipment assuring everything will go smooth in which sometimes, very rarely, they do go smoothly. Always tried to give him the benefit of the doubt until it became too constant. Payment has never been on time, always had to chase them but they do pay after a very long time. They've been on DNU for the past couple months and will continue to be. I wouldn't recommend working with them unless you want daily chaos.
