I have worked with Khangura Transport quite a bit. Generally speaking the drivers get the job done. I do find some disconnect with the dispatch team. I think they went through a period of being short staffed so trucks were late for pickups due to being mis quoted on arrival times. I did have some loads cancelled at the last minute, usually citing delays at previous loads or mechanical issues. I haven't used them in a while as the last minute cancellations didn't sit well with my customer and they asked me to find a different carrier. A colleague of mine has used them a couple times late last year and they were reported as being on time with good communication so perhaps the dispatch issues have been corrected.
