There are a few things "broker may request for any or no reason the removal of any such personnel furnished by Carrier" There are a few more things. We did one load for them but would not sign contract. They "let" us as a one time deal because they needed the truck I would say. You can't bill their customer if they don't pay you without their written consent blah blah blah.
 
I would not touch their freight if they were the only broker around. On our DNU List for years. Slow paying and the demands never end.....
 
oh yes the demands and phone calls. that load we did do was late in the day so we didn't think he was going to get loaded until morning. He did however get loaded that night but then they were on the phone every 5 min wanting to know when it would deliver. I thought it was lucky it was loaded at all let alone delivered already!!!!
 
picking up off of there dock is also a nightmare, pick up appt and they will never work with you to get a good time. It's not like they are busy over there anyway, just looking for control.
