They failed on us once for one of our BIG customers. So we gave them freight at a HEAVY discount to make up for the losses. Only a few rare occasions they couldn't do a load out of AB for us. Haven't used them in a awhile because we found someone more reliable at the same discounted rate. Hard to say no.
