We've moved a few shipments for Keane's Cartage back in November and early December. They have not paid yet. The invoices are over 140 days old now. Derek, the owner of the company is never in the office, and nobody else can help us with the status of our invoices.
I’m done chasing them. Sending the invoices to a collection agency.
 
Is there a possibility that the shipper or receiver would be more receptive? Some collections companies are pretty costly. Wouldn't your factoring company help you with this? I suppose it depends on the agreement...

I contacted the shipper directly and said of his legal involvement should the matter go to court. 2 hours later Kean's said they had three checks for us... we'll see when we receive them.
